Payment Options

At Empowered Speech Therapy, we currently do not work directly with insurance companies. This allows us to focus on offering customized therapy that meets your child’s and family’s unique needs without being limited by insurance requirements. We aim to create a care plan that truly benefits your child and fits your family’s lifestyle, whether that means having sessions at home, in the community, or even outdoors.

Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, checks, Venmo, or Zelle. We're also a direct provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship through Step Up for Students.

If you have out-of-network insurance, we can give you a detailed receipt with all the codes and information needed to submit your claim. While we can’t promise reimbursement, we can provide this info in advance so you know what to expect from your insurance. We're also happy to suggest local and national scholarships that might help cover the cost of therapy.
